Please record your usage, in 10 min increments rounded up to the next 10min. If you have used it for 20min you would record 20, if you have used it for 5min you would record 10min. If you have a direct debit setup payment will be taken automatically.

What happens when I submit the form?

  • A new invoice is created in your name.
  • A trustee with review your usage and approve your invoice.
  • Once approved, your default payment method is instructed to collect the payment.
  • You receive an email from Xero with the invoice details.
